Checkout is closed during preview, so Bag Dog is not taking orders or payments yet. When sales open, this page will explain returns in plain English and will not limit your statutory rights.
Wrong, faulty, or not as described
If something is wrong with an order, contact support@bag.dog with your order details and photos so it can be handled properly.
Safety concerns
If a piece causes irritation, strong odour, dye transfer, or another safety concern, stop wearing it and contact support immediately.
Returned pieces
Returned clothing is checked before any refund, exchange, or resale decision.
